Yoga is a sanskrit word which means intentional and concentrated practice to unite one’s ‘Atma’ in ‘Paramatma’. Atma means spirit and parama means supreme. <p><font size="2">Do you remember the life style what you had lived in your child hood? Did you observe any changes in that? Was that a happy one? Definitely yes.</font></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><font size="2">What do you think, you are living a life style of that kind even today? I definitely say that you are not.</font></p>
<p><font size="2">What is that change what had effected your life style?</font></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><font size="2">From my childhood i had been taught that earth rotates around the sun. Ofcourse what science says is that. But i never had a clue for the driving force that is forcing earth to rotate round the sun. Have you ever thought about this? What this says is there is some force other than gravitational force what does the above. What force is that?</font></p>
<p><font size="2">Before learning what is that force we have to know some other things too.</font></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><font size="2">To learn life de-<a href="http://lifetravell.blogspot.com/2008/03/what-is-adiction.html">adiction</a> is the first word that has to be implemented in your life. If you are adicted to some thing your first attempt is to leave that. Ofcourse that may not be so easy as writing. Because de-adiction is the most difficult thing that can be implemented by any one in this world.</font></p>
<p><font size="2">For that I have got the solution.</font></p>
<p><font size="2">That is Meditation.</font></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><font size="2">There are so many ways to meditate but what I am going to teach is really result oriented. You will get very good results for de-adiction with this method of meditation.</font></p>
<font size="2"><strong>Start Meditation.</strong></font>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><font size="2">Take your self into a noise free room. Sit down in a chair or on floor crossing your legs and fingers of your hands resting your hands on your legs. Do not rest your head any where and straighten your body vertically. Close your eyes and start taking long breaths. Your breath should take a minimum of 10 seconds. Now stop thinking anything. Some thoughts will definitely come. Just cut those and concentrate only on breathing. Keep breaking any thoughts that come at this time. Slowly your breathing time keeps reducing. At certain stage it almost comes to 0 seconds. Do this for at least half an hour.<br />

Start Meditation after bath preferably before 6 'o' clock in the morning and after 6 'o' clock in the evening.<br />
<br />
Do the above for 4 to 5 days, twice a day with a gap of 10 hours. You will know what am i going to do with this blog. After that come to this site and post your experiences.</font></p>

<strong>What exactly is Meditation?</strong></font>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><font size="2">Meditation is a process practiced to learn the truth and emerge the supreme power. It is a process practiced for self realization. Many people think that it is an excercise which releives stress and relaxes mentally. In true it is not that. But meditation is an excellent practice which will give good releif from stress. But my intension is not to say meditation is to be practiced for that releif.</font></p>
<font size="2"><strong>Why am i asking you to Meditate?</strong></font>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><font size="2">As i said above there is some energy that is forcing earth to rotate round the earth, similarly there are so many energies what are not known to the science. But spiritual researches from ancient days have proved that all energies are the forms of only one energy. What is that energy? To learn that Meditation is Necessary.</font></p>
<font size="2"><strong>Powers Can Be Aquired By Meditation.</strong></font>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><font size="2">There are several powers that consists with people. But these can be suppressed with unawareness of this truth. To get awareness people must start thinking some spirituality and start practicing meditation. You have so many powers with you and don't know how to use them your life is going waste. I appeal you to start meditating and learn how to acquire those powers.</font></p>
<font size="2"><strong>Astral Travel Can Be Done With Meditation.</strong></font>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><font size="2">In ancient days saints used to travel in the universe using their Astral body by practicing meditation. Astral body is our other form of consciousness. We will not able to feel our astral body normally because of the disturbances caused due to continuous thoughts. When we do meditation these thoughts can be controlled and this astral body can be perceived. Ancient saints claim that dreams are unconscious experiences of astral body. By practicing meditation these experiences can be perceived consciously. With this astral travel we can get trillion and trillion more times of happiness than normal happiness.</font></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><font size="2">This astral body is the intermediate body to your spirit and physical body which is million(just assumption) times lighter than physical body and easily changeable. This can be brought out only by practicing meditation and meditation only. So start meditation today itself to experience that astral travel.</font></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><font size="2">There are several methods to meditate. I will explain in my future posts those methods of meditation and what will you experience with each meditation.
